Fuel your farming dreams with the POWERTRAC TRACTOR RAFFLE! Make your purchase at both our head office on Great North Road and our main branch on Malasha Road, and get ready to plow through with a chance to win big. Let’s make your farming aspirations a reality!

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. Only clients that purchase specifically Alliance brand tyres (agricultural/tractor tyres) will qualify to participate.

2. The minimum value one must spend to qualify is K10,000.00

3. You will be expected to present your NRC/Company TPIN when applying for the raffle.

4. If the tyres being bought are invoiced in a company or organisations name, then it is the company/organisation that qualifies for the price and not the individual that filled in the raffle ticket.

5. Only Cash (COD) transactions applies, credit transactions do not qualify for this raffle.

6. The client that wins will be expected to present their original raffle ticket, invoice and NRC/ Company Tpin certificate to claim the price.

7. This raffle will be conducted at both our head office on Great North Road and our main branch on Malasha road, but the winner will be announced at our head office on Great North road.

8. Draw of the raffle will be done in the presence of media

9. For every Alliance tractor tyre transaction valued at K10,000 you get one entry. K20,000 = 2 entries, K30,000 = 3 entries and so on. Hence, participants can enter as many times as they wish.

10. A winner will be selected by means of random draw.

12. Automotive Equipment LTD reserves the right to disqualify any claim if fraud or cheating is suspected, including without limitation, through the manipulation of code or otherwise frequently falsifying data.

13. The prize is not transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.

14. No applications from agents, third parties, organized groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. No incomplete or corrupted entries will be accepted. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions.

15. The Promoter reserves the right to use the images taken of the winner for publicity purposes in any manner they deem fit, without remuneration being made payable to the winner. However, the winner has the right to object to these images being used by written notification and deliver it to us at our head office on Great North Road.

16. The Promoter shall have the right to change or terminate the promotional competition immediately and without notice, if deemed necessary in its opinion and if circumstances arise outside of their control. In the event of such change or termination, all participants agree to waive any rights that they have in respect of this promotional competition and acknowledge that they will have no recourse against the Promoter or its agents.

17. In the event that the prize is not available despite the Promoter’s reasonable endeavours to procure the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal value.

18. Neither the Promoter, its agents, its associated companies, nor any directors, officers nor employees of such, shall be liable for any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise arising from any cause whatsoever, which may be suffered by the participant.

19. Participation in the promotional competition constitutes acceptance of the promotional competition rules and participants agree to abide by the rules.
